How to file affidavit as my fathers name is misspelled

My fathers name is misspelled different 3 times in adhar ,pan and my 10th certificate.....how to state that he is the same person??

if you want correct in the aadhar card and pan may be affidavit and paper publication is enough and if you correct in the 10th marks card you need file application for rectification of name before the SsLc board
