How to file a case in high court against HSSC

Sir. Unlike all other state and centre govt recruitment agency .,hssc is quite rude and careless about students. In all other state ,ssc ,upsc all the final year students are allowed to appear for the all the entrance exams.or they have to produce complete vlid degree documents at the time of document verification but here they ask students to have complete degree before exams ,its may 2018 within 1-2 months everyone can get the full graduation..,even ssc cpo from this year have allowed to appear final year student..sir these vacancies are awaited long by students if they loose it by such a foolishness then it's not fine..we want u to please give some legal advice for thia against the advertisement no 03/2018 HSSC ,HARYANA POLICE .WE. WANT THAT ALL FINAL YEAR STUDENTS SHOULD BE GIVEN CHANCE..WE HOPE YOU WILL REPLY SOON...THEY WANT US TO HAVE DEGREE BEFORE. 28TH MAY ,LAST DATE OF APPLICATION FORM...

what we can do is..... we will file a writ petition before the High Court challenging the said condition of the advertisement on the ground that the candidates who are in the final year of their course should be allowed subject to verification of the documents at the relevant stage. In my humble opinion, the condition mentioned in the said advertisement is onerous and shall keep out eligible candidates from appearing in the examination. The best remedy available is to approach the High Court by way of writ petition.

In such a scenario you must approach commission through legal notice or representation from your side (legal notice is more effective) File writ petition as soon as possible before exams. Do qoute instances of other commissions

You can file a writ petition before Punjab and Haryana high court regarding the grounds you have mentioned above. If other staff selection commission are giving a chance to final year students to sit in the examination then you can also fight for this. If last date of filling up the form over, still you can take a chance for extension of dates. You have a good chance.
