How to fetch husband's job details from IT Company ?

Hello, My husband is working in IT company. How could I get his details from the company. 1) Is RTI applicable in IT company ? 2) Or any other mode to get his job details fro the company ? Thanks...

The first thing is why husband is not giving you details ? Is there a dispute ? So he is hiding his employment details? Under the abovementioned circumstances, if you need the details for any court case against husband , court can send notice to that employer to give details.

write a mail to the HR of that company requesting them to handover the details of your husband. do mention the purpose of your enquiry as the HR could then refuse to give the requisite details in-case you do not mention the same

You can also seek an order from the Court that your Husband should file an Affidavit stating his correct salary, Designation & Role in such Company. Sworn Affidavit is in itself an Evidence. If someone gives false details by sworning falsely on an Affidavit, then such person will be prosecuted.
