Dear Sir,
You can send the notice to the tenant along with the Court order..In case the tenant does not comply with the directions of the Court, you can initiate contempt proceedings against the tenant.

You can file for contempt of court
as it would amount to willful disobedience of the order of the court.
If any party gives an undertaking to the Court to vacate the premises from which he is liable to be evicted under the orders of the Court and there is a clear and deliberate breach thereof it amounts to civil contempt. Contempt is a serious matter and it interferes with the rights of those who are found guilty of contempt, no Court should allow any party to mislead the Court and thereby frustrate its order.

Hello,
For the query you posted, I would suggest the following.
Initiate execution proceedings against the tenant. The same shall be dealt with by the HIGH COURT and should be executed in the fashion you wish it to.
I hope that answers your query.
Best

If a tenant refused to vacate the shop within a specified time then you can file an execution of order through the court and avail the possession. Further it will be a contempt of court on the part of tenant if the order of high court not complied.
Hello sir/madam
By trusting your words i am suggesting you . As you have won the revision case the court might gave you some guidence like you can take local police along or any L.C may be appointed to you or you can directly ask the tenant to vacat the place . I need too see the proper order of the court . As the six months paased from the date of order its high time now .
You do one thing come to my office along with the order so that i can suggest you the best or will provide you necessary help .
But do take prior appointment
