How to end a long lawsuit that will never end

My 80 year old father has been fighting his cousins over ancestral property for 22 years. This has made life difficult for everyone since he may have possible psychological issues. He is not willing to agree to any compromise and is always screaming and yelling. He does not need this money since he has enough assets. As his only son does the law allow me to end this lawsuit?

you must take PD process through your advocate you must not keep silent for long 22 years Tarzan kg the supreme court itself will be finished not stated what is the stage of the case in which court the case is pending Rakesh cannot be pending more than 22 years in any other court in India case history what is the case which is the trial court which is the appellate court what are the process for going in and now in which code the case is conductor unless it we cannot form an opinion how the case will come to end
