How to Divide property of father who has kids from 3 wives

Sir, i am hindu religion, i am the son of third wife of my father, W1 is died 1938, no children to her. After my father marriedW2 , she gave 1son and 1 daughter(she died 1996), W2 is died on 1949.My father married my mother(W3) is alive. she gave birth to 4sons and 1 daughter.My father died on 1978.My father did not written any Testamentary or will.Now how to share my fathers property where there is no my grand fathers property?

As far as Self acquired property of your father is concerned he can dispose of the property according to his wills and fancy and you have no right to claim that property, provided if your father died interstate then only you are entitled for share in the self acquired property. The self-acquired and ancestral property of your father will devolve on his widow and children from first, second and third wife. The daughter will also have an equal share in the property.
