How to defend oneself when buyer threatening to book under false cases

12-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
I have Sold a mobile for 4000 through online selling portal. The buyer inspected the mobile and bought it. Now he is calling me and saying "there are problems in the mobile. I don't want it, take the mobile and refund the money." I told him that he had checked the mobile properly before buying and there were no problems. But he is not listening to me and he keeps calling me again and again and says "If you don't then I will file a complaint against you." do I need to return the money? Does he have any legal rights?

Dear Client,
Is there any term of guarantee. If there is no guarantee, then you need not return money or replace the set. When there is no guarantee, then when the set is purchased and go out of shop, you will not be held liable for either replacing or returning money. Block the number when he is not listening your words. If he does calls from another number don`t answer him. If he initiates any legal proceedings, then defend your case by engaging an expert advocate and project your case. Don`t worry.
