How to defend a suit for recovery of money

Hi, In a money suit can the defense be changed midway through the case by the defendant. And can the defense be changed in the higher court after losing the case at the lower court.

HI, As the question is not clear, As in money suit on filing of the written statement, later recitals in the written statement can be changed by permission of the court by amending of the Written statement by filing of necessary application , but it should imply depicting as a second thought

in money suit after appearsnce of yhe defendant, he have to file his written statement to the suit. After thst isdued wiil be framed. Suppose any thing left while filing w,s. You can ammend w,s with permission of the court. But in higher court u csn not take seprate defence. Contact me.
