How to deal with sale deed document obtained by unfair consent

Dear sir My father was a teacher and mother is house wife, my farher passed away 8 months before without any will. We are four brothers,and a sister, mother living in our house and the lands are registered by two brothers when our father was not in conscious by using his thumb print and the registerer was supported them. Please guide me what can we do in this case?

You can file a case against your brother in the civil court along with filing a criminal complaint against your uncle's who has obtained the thumb impression of your father and grabbed the land. IN the civil court you will have to file for injunction against the signatures obtained.
