How to claim my land back from a person

Sir, my grandfather purchased land in 1971 . He was due in 1996 . My father also passed away. Now we find out the land documents .and we searched MRO and REGISTER office .all the documents are favourable us . But in that land cultivate unknown person . He said he cultivate the land from more than 40 years . So tell me how to get my land
He is just cultivating land only and in kabja, you no need to worry as per documents thats your fathers property, just take an action by putting boundaries and fence it. by consulting local PS put a warning board in the land.
