Namaste sir I m student of csvtu bhilai . When our marks are increased after revaluevation or re-revaluevation . How can we get back our revaluevation fees . University doesn't return the revaluvation fees if your marks have changed

the university being a juristic entity under control of government does not have the right to retain any illegal amount ....if it charges in excess to the stipulated amount you have the remedy to file a complaint before the admision and fee regulatory committee or file a writ a writ petition before high court
