How to change the Deed of settlement

If a settle develop a common passages for his own interest can he claims his ownership in future though in settlement deed it is clearly mentioned that the passages under the stare where a door is common.I am settler who made the settlement deed on hi own land.Plz give your legal opinion.

Generally, a registered deed of settlement can not be cancelled. And you can not claim otherwise in future as a settler. Though, you can file a suit to set it aside based on few factors. But for that i need to discuss it in detail.
