how i can shut flour mill in the residential eara . please giide us .

I am living in residential apartment. There is flour mill in the basement of our building but then also we heard the sound of mill as we are living on 2nd floor. this loud noise & vibration
is irritating & disturbing for us so much. our society is not yet registered.
How can we close this mill legally??????

hi, first find out whether he has legal permission, in ur society who gave permission for running flour mill.
