How do I obtain a lawyer & client service agreement

A lawyer had been dealing with a property belonging to my wife's property when her mother has been alive, there was service agreement between them. Now i wish to get a service agreement from the lawyer, what should i do to get the service agreement, if the lawyer does not want to give one, what am i to do. please guide me

you wish to have the same service agreement copy from the lawyer or you want to make a new agreement with the lawyer. Usually the lawyers give a letter of engagement to their clients if the Clients asks them. there should not be a problem in getting one from the lawyer as both the lawyer and client should reach out on the term & condition part.
