how do i check my Lawyer Reliability if he has filed the case

We have filed a case against reputed Bank 1.5 years back regd. my father’s pension in Nainital High Court. The decision is still pending but I’m not finding any trace of it in Case Status website... The criteria I used for search is petitioner/respondent name and advocate name. I’m getting really restless if the case was really even filed in first place or our lawyer is making fool of us. FYI, he didn’t provide us with any documents so far related to the case, nor we have the case number. Please share your thoughts on that..

you can check it by the case number or advocate number or case number . may be there would be some problem as there is shortage of judges in high court so it was not getting listed for finally hearing . so please have patient or visit high court registry . for further details u can contact me.
