How can I transfer my case from other State to my State

I want to transfer my property case from mohali (Punjab) in my home state jaunpur (Uttarpardesh)
Inter state transfer of cases can only be done by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India by filing a Transfer Petition before it. But only in exceptional cases are these transfers allowed. For example in matrimonial cases for the female side. You would have to show exceptional reasons and grounds to pray for such a transfer of your property case from Mohali to Jaunpur.

you can file a SLP in Supreme Court for the same, only the Hon'ble Supreme Court has power to do the same. Is it a civil matter or a criminal matter? moreover it will depend on facts and circumstances of the case.
