How can I surrender my u.p caste/domicile certificate

Sir presently I live in my own purchased house in madhya pradesh , but my ancestral property is in u.p.and I have u.p domicile/caste certificate. I want to apply caste certificate of m.p. and want to surrender my u.p domile/cast certificate. Can you please suggest me how can I surrender my u.p caste/domicile certificate?
