House damaged due to temple renovation

Hi my house is damaged inside and outside by the sikh temple renovation in Bangalore. I was assured by the committee members that it will be fixed but no actions have been taken. What actions can I take against them to get my house fixed.

Hai. I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised. Sad to know about the situation. Issue legal notice to them seeking to fix the house. if they fail, file a suit for damages for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato
