I rebuild my home in my area ,my neighbour dispute construction,he told me yo dont construct your gate these side my property in road side corner,we already same side gate costruct past 30 yr,is he has right to stop me construction,police also not replying he favour his side police and police stop our construction,what we do in this situation?
you may send legal notice to your neighbors. you can file civil case suit against your neighbors. you can also take action against his properties leveling same allegations. there are many other ways to counter the problem. engage a lawyer. thanks

This is one. you may also file a complaint for criminal trespass, if your neighbour enters your premises and uses force or threatens or otherwise indicates that he will. This is the legal position.
