How To Add Section in Existing Case? How to raise Compensation? First hearing after six years. Please help

Carry out an amendment and or go to the police station to amend the fir which was filed in the case compensation can be raised if you make a plea before the court for the same if in these six years the injured person has suffered more injuries you may make a claim for increasing the compensation for the same
