Hindu Women Partition In The Ancestors Property

I'm married in 1985,I want my share in my ancestors property...in have put a case against my father and brother in 2018 in district court....my father wrote a will in 2018 saying that all his property belongs to his grandson..do I have a chance to achieve my share property

if this property is your ancestors then 100% you get the share recently in supreme court declared daughters will get share in ancestors property you have rights amd you get share in ancestors property approach to an advocate he will get the share on your ancestors property
