Hindu unmarried woman died without will

08-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
My grandfather's sister died issue-less which means without a property will and she was a an unmarried woman. she had some land where all her siblings including my mother's father lived as joint family. she died in the year 1961. But family had an issues started afterwards and still it continues. so my question is how this property would distributed if the property was under an unmarried hindu woman. How we can ask for partition through court.

Normally if a Hindu unmarried woman died intestate, the property will go to her parents. if the parents are not alive the same will go to her brothers and sister. the brother and sisters are also not living then the property will go to their children. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
