High court dismiss writ petition for correction of DOB in marksheet

26-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
My writ petition has been dismissed in HC for correction of dob in cbse 10th marksheet(dob 10/2/1996). I had submitted birth certificate(dob 10/8/1996) and class 6 marksheet(dob 10/8/1996) in support of my claim. My birth certificate contains right dob and even school record contains right dob. Only cbse 10th marksheet dob is wrong. But HC is not approving my petition. So which dob I should take as final? I think I have to take 10th marksheet dob as final.

In future, your 10 tha marks sheet will be considered for all purposes. If there is any mistake in it, you should approach CBSE Board first, along with all supporting documents. What is the ground of denial by the Board, then a proper advice can be given
