Hi there is an open space parking adjcent to my allotted parking and i m been parking my 2 wheelar there from past 4 years. Now my neighbour is started parking saying that it's a common parking so anyone can park the vehicle. Kindly suggest what needs to be done. I want to buy the same parking.

send legal notice to society asking for parking and also on the set open plot. if society is not a green to any of the above then raise issue in meeting that there should be rotational parking opportunity given on the said open plot to everyone.
