Help me:Legally changing my age

Heya.  My name is Tabitha Lawrence and I am 21 years old. I was born on January 20th 2000. I have learning difficulties which makes me academically and emotionally younger. I also feel a year younger as well. So Can you help me legally change my age from January 20th 2000 to January 20th 2001?  Many thanks. I would like to open a case up about civil litigation. I would really like to hire an attorney to take my case forward!!

you can't change your real age to a age of your choice. That way you will be giving out false information to the Government particularly, and people generally. Also, it may result in all sorts of legal problems for you. I won't advice anyone to concoct false information about themselves.

Getting a false certificate will not be possible. your birth certificate is the proof of your age and you cannot change that under false pretext. can discuss about the other civil case you are referring to
