If a wife not agree for divorce but husband want and he also want custody of child then what should be in dis case?
there are many aspects to be discussed if either of you are not agreed then you have to file a divorce in family court but with relevant reason and also take plea for the custody of your child giving reason for his betterment in his upbringing
