Having a civil suit in the supreme court's upcoming date is 28-11-2022. The local police station sub inspector is making trouble and harassment to our family. Please let me know the further process.

why don't you file a police complaint against that police officer who is troubling your bothering you as you stated you can write down to police station or to the Senior Police official of your jurisdiction that police officer is making trouble and you are also stating that you have case in the Honorable Supreme Court you can write down everything and file a written complaint

That depends why the police officer has been bothering you. if he is bothering you and your family without any course, then the intervention of the commissioner of police and the courts can be asked to safeguard your interest. take recourse by approaching the magistrate and also police prosecution head.
