I m defence personnel and in our co operative society a man who staying above of our flat doing mentally harrassment of us..

You have not stated in detail in your query.If your flat's above flat owner giving you harassment by nuisance or any other way.Then you can file Police Complaint to nearest Police Station.And also can file complaint to Society or Apartment.
