Harrasment by General Manager, i want to file a harrasment case

ਮੈਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਇਕ ਅਦਾਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਦਫਤਰ ਦੇ GM ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦਿਮਾਗੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਹਰਾਸਮੈਂਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਸ ਬੇਹੈਵ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬਧਤ ਕੰਮ ਧੱਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਓੰਨਾ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉੱਚਾ ਨੀਵਾ ਬੋਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ। ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਕੰਮ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋ ਲਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਨਰਲ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਹਲਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ। How can i file a harrasment case against my office incharge (General Manager)?

I would suggest you to firstly issue notice to him with a copy to higher officials. if he does not mehd his ways then to file a harassment case seeking injunction and compensation for mental & physical harassment..
