Harassment through whatsapp and call

One of known person is harassing by sending what's app messages to my family members including mother, wife and sisters. The matter being he is trying to recover money which he lost in property deal with somebody my father know. Seeking legal advice on urgent basis.

if one person who is the illegal demand the money from your family .you can move the complaint against them and also file a case and take strict legal action against said person who is demanding the money from your family.

The best legal recourse is to slap him a legal notice and immediately seek deletion of all the messages and refraining from further sending derogatory and defaming messages to anybody know to you. It will be in a nature of cease and desist notice for defamation. In case he still continues, a cyber complaint and a suit for defamation will be filed.
