Harassment from app based lending institutions

Dear sir, I have taken some amount of loan from app based lending institutions. I can't repay now..they accessed all my contacts, and calling them. And harassing them also..please tell me how can I fight the case.
in this type of situation you can view the police complaint to concern poles u dictionary which bank without token loan and you have to take their account statement they can send you again you can cause your account statement with the complaint

hello. I think that once we have spoken on this matter. there is no specific remedy for just accessing your contacts, you will have to to file for insolvency making the lending institution as an opponent by declaring that you are present earnings and your assets are insufficient to clear out all your belongings.
