Harassment complaint by my brother's wife

My brother and his wife together has got a loan of 15 lakh from a financier in nellore where my brother's wife reside for business and for the same purpose my brother has been in my parents home in chennai for last 10 months where I too live with my husband and kid . Now there has a been a loss in the business and financier is troubling her in nellore . My sister in law is threatening to file a harassment case on my brother on this basis. In this case can there be any legal action on my parents and me .
