Harassment by the court Can I take action against the magistrate

10-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir I was summoned on the case of FSSAI food adulteration to the court. Due to on road reasons I was little late in appearing in the court. The judge issued recall warrant for next day. I was presented to the court. I am 62 years old and I was kept in the court for one full day. As i am a diabetic and prostate enlargement patient I could not bear the fatigue caused by my low sugar and frequent urination. What action I can take against the Magistrate.

You can file an exemption application in the court with the medical proof, which will exempt you from appearing before the court.
