Harassment by municipal corporation

we have a pending case jn allahbad high court for the removal of third party. The case was dismissed as our lawyer was unable to appear in court and thus we filed a restoration application. Meanwhile the municipal corporation is harrasing us and trying to get the property vacated by any means. They are threatening that if we don't do as they ask they can take back the whole alloted land. I want to know what can be done to stop this harassment as our current lawyer is of no help.

Hi you may let me know about the case as I handle all the cases of HC and if local Noida as well. I need to know the last order alongwith when it was filed. Also what kind of action are taken by municipal office, if required police can be initiated. You may contact me in this regard for speedy and faithful action Regards

Dear Sir.. Kindly let me know the status of your case in High Court. Also if you are being harassed by Municipal Corporation, you can file a Writ in High Court, praying to stop the activities of Corporation. Thanks and Regards
