Haircuts being forced in educational institutions

26-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
The private school that I as a student go to, and most of the other private schools in my locality, all have rules based on the length of our hairFemales are allowed to grow their hair as long as they like, as long as its braided or tied up.Males on the other hand are required to cut their hair shortThis is completely unfair of our school, as they are restricting one gender from growing long hair at the same time allowing the other to do whatever they'd like with their hairI would like to know if it is legal for these institutions to force their rules on how we look.

your question is valid from one point of view, if you feel it's gender discrimination you have to approach the school authorities first and ask the reason, if they are not providing satisfactory reason go before authorities, you can't approach directly before court questioning
