Guidance regarding section 287 and 337 of civil law

Personal assistance regarding section 287 and 337 of civil law. Someone wrongly sued me for under these section. Need guidance
Section 287 is Negligent conduct with respect to machinery. Section 337 is Causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others. These are Criminal Law's proviosions and not related to Civil law. FIR must have been regiatered agianst you. If you have recieved Summons from the Court then in that case you must be present before the Hon'ble Court on given date.
