Grandfather died intestate 5 sons what is the share of grandson

my grandfather dies intestate ( WITHOUT WILL) in jan 2017.In 1980 a two room house is alloted to him by delhi government after death he leaving behind 5 sons , right now me and two son of my grandfather lives in that property . I m son of one of those son. whether i can seek partiton in that joint family property when my father is alive . please give me some favoured judgement on that issue
