GPA to AGPA to SALEDEED transaction valid ?

Person A gave GPA to B , Person B gave/did AGPA to person C.Person C did SALEDEED with D.Can I buy this now ?
Whether the Person A alive or not? Further the contents of the GPA required given by A, then only we can decide whether B has right to give AGPA to C and C has right to sell the property. All the documents are to be verified physically by any Lawyer, else D will be put in danger if he buys the property
