Got judgement for one case how can I oppose the same

23-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
legal question Can anybody explain me below. It is a case against me. PW.1 called present. This matter is coming for cross-examination of PW.1. Either defendant or his counsel present. Hence it is deemed defendant has no interest to depend this case. Accordingly cross-examination of PW.1 is treated as NIL and he forfeited right of cross-examination and set ex parte to proceedings. The chief affidavit filed is treated as proof affidavit. Heard learned advocate for plaintiff. For judgment call on 21.07.2016 What Are the options available to me for continuing the case?plz help.

what is the matter against you. if PW1 has been forfeited his rights of cross examination and ex-parte proceedings have started then it is going in your favour. has the order/judgment been passed till date. if and so the orders are against you then you can appeal against the orders in the next/ superior court.
