entering the name of your son in the register sale deed of immovable property creates rites and title even though he being a minor at the time of the deed (rules of guardianship shall apply) . Your son now being major can object to any transfer of rights limited to his share. You cannot challenge his title and the same is binding on you. You can transfer your share to your daughters limited to your share in the property. The question of other property does arise as the same is not related to this transaction.however to give full comment I would need to know the entire brief.
