Gated community association converted TOT-LOT area into Playground

Can Society association convert TOT LOT area just adjent to my house into covered with concrete structure of mess n iron into Cricket and football ground. In my Sale deed this area is mentioned Greenery area. Because of this lots of noise and disturbance. In Building plan also it is mentioned TOT LOT greenery landscape area if greenery not mentain additional 10 percent property tax. I approached to GHMC but they are saying they can do it's not permanent structure they can change greenery area what should I do?
Tot lot area is for kids to play. You can file case in High court for which you need to visit our office because only after verifying your sale deed building plan area plan we can give you the best legal advice. The plans are must to be study before going for any step
