Fraud of money in the name of govt job

I have paid 2 lakh rupees to a person who said he will provide me govt job. He has asked for 6 lakh rupees after joining nd 2 lakh in advance. I have paid 2 lakh but now he is not responding to me may I know how to take legal action against him.
