Can i have a property regarding to my father's grandfather.can I oppose a case regarding the property of his like do I have a share for that and the durability of the generations period

In this case, yes you can claim. According to the Hindu Succession Act. A grandchild, both grandson, and granddaughter have an equal share with their father in their grandfather's ancestral property. In the case of their grandfather's self-acquired or separate property, a grandson will have inheritance right only when his father predeceased his grandfather. your father is the legal heir after after property so you have 100% right to gain the property on your shared and proportionate so if the other legal Heirs are not allowing to divide the property then you can approach judicial form for partition
