For Water Connection delay vvmc not providing a Connection

Dear Sir Mam I have give application to the VVMC is got 5 month but i am not received a Connection i have more time file a compaint in vvmc they can provide only excuse so what i will do legaly

Well, whatever excuses they are providing, tell them to submit in writing for record purposes. Still, if they refuse to give in writing or give illogical or legally invalid excuses in writing for taking so much time in resolving your problem, then, we can file a case in court against them for their negligence and casual approach and to seek a direction to get your problem resolved within a time bound manner.
