Due to COVID situation cant buy the flat, but builder is not ready to refund the 50k amount provided while booking the flat. we want the refund back and none of the other documents specify about it . if builder is not providing booking amount refund you can give the legal notice from the we can wait for 15 days felder civil recovery Suit against him first we have to initiate 15 days for that required all receipts and all booking amount initial payment you have been made him

At first instance send them an email seeking refund of the Booking amount and express your difficulty to buy at current situation! if he fails to respond then issue a legal notice giving him 15 days of time!
