Fix deposit claim as a nominee after death of my father

The matter is regarding the inheritance issue My father had a fix deposit in which he had made me the nominee will I be able to get the fix deposit amount My father had expired We are 3 brothers and 2 sisters He had made a will but there is no mention of this Fixed deposit Will I be the sole beneficiary of this as I am the nominee I had submitted the death claim application along with the death certificate for the claim Now my brother has submitted the will to the bank and the bank has stopped the payment. What can be done in this matter

you all will need to acquire the same in equal portions apply for succession certificate through court so that nobody is cheated and gets equal share of all moveable and immovable property and assets and your sisters ae also not deprived

first of all I have several questions about your father's will and also want to know that still your mother is alive or not? secondly, the shown by your brother is within your and other family members knowledge? will is registered/ notarized/ wriiten and signed only? most importantly date of death of your father do you people are taking probate or file probate? please answer this questions. for any of the further help please feel free to contact . as you are the nominee of the fixed deposit your father you are only the custodian of the money you have the duty to take the money and distribute the same among the legal Heirs you are not the sole beneficiary of the fixed deposit of your father.
