FIR lodged under 376 2 N. Police not arresting accused.

We have lodges an FIR under section 376 2 N and the accused is actively living im another state. Its been 15 days of the FIR but police is not sending team to arrest the accused from Rajasthan. Neither police is answering for the delay. They have been bribed by the accused. What should be done?

As per your query what I have understood is that even after registering an FIR, the police authorities are not investigating your case.
If this is the situation, than you may always file an application before the court under sub section 3 of section 156 of CrPC asking for proper investigation to be conducted by the police authorities and also ask for the report of the said investigation.
