Fined for railway offence what to mention in attestation form

13-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
I was travelling in luggage compartment in Mumbai local train when I was caught by RPF and taken to RPF post in Mumbai central railway station. There I was told that magistrate will come at 12 o clock at noon so have to wait to pay the fine of 200 rs in court.I was made to write down my name and other details then later was taken to the court along with some other offenders. There we said yes to whatever magistrate said and came out and paid the money to the RPF people. Now I am applying for UPSC where in the attestation form these questions are asked- 1)have you ever been arrested,2)have you ever been prosecuted,3)have you ever been bound down,4) have you ever been fined by a court of law,5) have you ever been convicted for any offence by a court of law.I have to tick yes/no and then go e details. Now is there any questions that I should tick yes?If I don't tick yes no any of the above questions would it considered as concealment of information? Please suggest what to do?

Dear Sir/Madam,
The answer to the questions is no. There is no arrest, prosecution, conviction in your case, you were only subject to fine under the railways act for travelling in a luggage compartment.
