Filed writ petition but status is pending how to get early judgement

I have filed a writ petition in the Hon'ble High court of Madhyapradesh - Indore bench on 12-05-14 and it is admitted for Final hearing on 13-11-14. Now the status is still pending more than 14 months. Hence, How can I obtain the judgement as early as possible. 1.) Any additional procedure is there? 2.)On which base?
As per the limited information you have provided, you can mention the matter in high court for urgent hearing. If you can see the urgency which you have in your case the high court would certainly list the matter for hearing. If the petition is senior citizen that would be added benefit.
