Filed consumer case against builder

Builder has filed less amount in sale agreement and registered it. when I filed consumer case for several relief from builder he filed the civil suit and showing the court that the respondent has paid entire consideration. the agreement clause No 60 is itself said that it is made for under construction building those who made purchase after completion o construction work are exempted and this clause not applicable. please help me
The amount which is shown in the sale agreement in only the binding amount to which both parties can claim and dispute. please reply to the civil suit by engaging a local lawyer and don't forget to mention the consumer case in your reply to the civil suit.please contact your local lawyer for further details..
